Burglary - 200 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD

Burglary/arrest Shortly after a man broke into Hollywood Video in the 200 block of Reisterstown Road after breaking a window with a rock about 3 a.m. Sunday and stole 24 DVDs valued at $500, Baltimore police stopped a man near the scene and turned him over to county police. Arrested and charged with burglary and theft was Jerome Kellum, 41, of the 4100 block of Boarman Ave. in Northwest Baltimore. The property was recovered.
