Authorities also said Chicas Santiago, 38, was found beaten and unconscious in the 1600 block of East Baltimore Street on June 23. He died three days later. Anyone with information on Santiago's death is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-SEVEN-LOCK-UP. Santiago is the fifth Hispanic person murdered this year. Four Hispanic people were murdered in all of 2007.
