Also 15-year-old boy was in stable condition after being shot in the upper torso at about 11:35 p.m. Sunday night, police said. The shooting occurred in the 500 block of McElderry St., in the Oldtown neighborhood of East Baltimore. The boy was treated at the scene and taken to a local hospital. He was expected to survive.
